Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to design, implement, and review manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will focus on optimizing production systems to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality
• Design and implement automated and manual systems
• Develop and test production procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Train staff on new manufacturing processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Proficiency in CAD software and MS Office
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
• Familiarity with safety and environmental standards

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles
• Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies
• Prior experience in a similar role
