We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support process development, continuous improvement, and production execution for advanced aerospace components. In this role, you will own part families and drive improvements in key manufacturing processes, including plasma spray coating and laser hole drilling. You will partner closely with engineering, quality, operations, and program teams to enhance producibility, reduce risk, and ensure world‑class quality and cost performance. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
