Job summary

Noovo in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to develop and optimize processes for premium camper vans. You will bridge Engineering and Manufacturing, drive line balancing, tooling design, and build documentation to enable scalable production while maintaining premium quality.

Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product Development to launch new platforms, implement ECOs, and improve throughput.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in relevant engineering field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience developing manufacturing processes and work instructions.
• Experience with ERP-based manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain manufacturing processes for all production stages.
• Define standard work methods and production sequences.
• Lead line balancing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support tooling design and work instruction creation.
• Ensure documentation aligns with released MBOMs and ECOs.
