  • Develop and maintain work instructions, routers, and process documentation.
  • Support new product introductions (NPI) ensuring manufacturability and production readiness.
  • Collaborate with quality, engineering, and supply chain to resolve non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends, improve cycle times, and increase throughput.
  • Ensure compliance with API, ISO, and safety standards.
  • Evaluate tooling, fixtures, and capital equipment investments to enhance production capabilities.
  • Train and mentor production personnel on best practices and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
