Job summary

NeoVolta Power LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support daily production, balance lines, and drive cross-functional improvements on the shop floor in a fast-paced facility.

You will lead new product introductions, validate processes, and develop SOPs and training materials, ensuring safety and quality standards are met while collaborating with R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree in a related field required.
• 3+ years on active shop floor in manufacturing or process engineering.
• Hands-on experience with NPI, process validation, and ECOs.
• Strong problem-solving using Lean, 5S, RCA, CAPA and PFMEA.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production, capacity planning, line balancing, floor layouts, and action tracking.
• Collect and analyze metrics: yield, throughput, downtime, scrap, labor efficiency.
• Lead NPI activities: prototypes, pilot builds, validations, ECOs.
• Create SOPs, work instructions, visual aids, and training content.
• Train operators and ensure safety, quality, and lean practices.
