Job summary

Annapurna Labs, a subsidiary of AWS, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive test validation and process improvements for Trainium-focused platforms in the Florence/Cincinnati area. You will interface with system engineers, ODMs, and CM partners to ensure quality and reliability across manufacturing stages.

You will lead test methodologies, participate in design-for-manufacturability decisions, and mentor junior engineers while coordinating with multiple suppliers to meet mass production

Qualifications

• Master's degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering or 2+ years of equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of Manufacturing Engineering work experience with server platforms or high‑tech hardware.
• 2+ years working with manufacturing suppliers to improve incoming quality of systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing technical operations support at the factory.
• Provide on-site support to new product launches and sustaining issues.
• Design in quality and manufacturability on new server designs.
• Root cause customer impacting issues and drive resolution.
• Collaborate with design teams to mitigate risks and define test methodologies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers.
• Work with multiple vendors and ODMs to standardize component manufacturing and reliability expectations.
• Implement and optimize first pass yields and efficiency from prototype to production ramp.
