Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Linthicum, MD is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer – Level 2 or Level 3 to join our Space Sector team. This on-site role focuses on Microelectronics Manufacturing Process, collaborating with engineering, quality, and operations to meet program targets and drive continuous improvement.

The candidate will support the Ultima program at the Focal Plane Lab, work a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off, and contribute to producibility through process development and RCCA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 2 years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 0 years of professional experience.
• No clearance required to start
• Experience with manufacturing processes

Responsibilities

• Developing/revising process documentation and work instructions.
• Establish and monitor SPC for the manufacturing process.
• Lead RCCA and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
