Job summary

With a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000, the ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and a strong knowledge of manufacturing principles, as well as Lean practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a relevant engineering field.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing systems and regulatory compliance.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead process development and validation for manufacturing.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean tools.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure design manufacturability.

Skills

Knowledge of manufacturing principles including Lean and Built-in Quality

Skilled in PFMEA and process validation

Experienced with root cause analysis

Ability to support NPI from prototype to production

Proficient in CAD (SolidWorks preferred)

Education

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering

Tools

MS Office

ERP/document control systems
