POSITION SUMMARY: The Manufacturing Engineering Manager leads and oversees the engineering team within Post/SMT. This team is responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient production, and maintaining high product quality. This role involves the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing systems and workflows. The manager will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, reducing waste, and improving product yield by applying Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other process optimization techniques. In addition to managing day‑to‑day engineering activities, the Manufacturing Engineering Manager will collaborate closely with production, quality assurance, design, and supply chain teams to drive innovation and meet production targets. Strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential for success in this role.
