Job summary

Intellectt INC in Dodge Center, MN is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations through manufacturing/industrial engineering, weld and assembly tooling, 3D CAD, process planning, material handling, Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.

You will design tooling, fixtures and gages, perform time studies, implement 5S, and coordinate with customers and vendors to drive efficient, safe and reliable manufacturing processes on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering experience.
• Hands-on weld tooling, fixture, and assembly tooling experience.
• 3D CAD experience with SolidWorks, Creo, or CATIA.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and 5S.
• Experience with work instructions/SOPs, time studies, material handling, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing and production operations.
• Design weld tooling, fixtures, templates, gauges, and assembly tooling.
• Perform 3D CAD design using SolidWorks, Creo, or CATIA.
• Develop assembly processes, manufacturing flows, and work instructions.
• Design racks, carts, and material-handling equipment.
• Conduct time studies and process-improvement activities.
• Coordinate project activities with customers and vendors.
