You will support machining, sheet metal, welding, and assembly operations, design fixtures, review drawings, and manage projects from planning to production. A detail-oriented, dependable team player who communicates well will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Machine shop experience is required.
• Proficient with Mastercam and SolidWorks.
• Knowledge of machining, tooling and fixturing.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing and process improvement.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication.
• Dependable, team-oriented and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing and machining processes.
• Use Mastercam and SolidWorks to design parts.
• Reverse engineer parts and review customer drawings.
• Design processes, fixtures and tooling.
• Quote and plan new jobs.
• Support machining, sheet metal, welding, and assembly operations.
• Help troubleshoot production and manufacturing issues.
• Manage projects from planning through production.
• Support quality, cost, and production goals.
