Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment or strong co-op/internship experience.
• Basic understanding of process improvement techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production operations by troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Develop and optimize assembly and fabrication processes.
• Assist in implementing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Work with cross-functional teams including Design Engineering.
• Create and maintain work instructions and documents.
