Responsibilities

• Process Optimization: Develop and implement processes that align with delivery, customer service, and cost-efficiency goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives for lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks and opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work with production, quality control, and R&D to implement process improvements and resolve issues.
• Communication: Provide verbal and written updates to stakeholders during task execution.
• Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve manufacturing process issues with cross-functional teams.
• Documentation: Create and maintain SOPs and ensure ISO standards are followed.
• Technology Integration: Partner with IT to integrate automation and advanced technologies into processes.
