Job summary

Leading Technology Composites, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for on-site duties in Wichita, KS. You will develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to boost quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.

You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, support production operations, and collaborate with quality teams to ensure compliance with specs and standards. A strong background in Lean and Six Sigma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering required; 5–7 years experience may substitute.
• 2–5 years in manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize processes, tooling, and workflows.
• Analyze production data to improve throughput, yield, and efficiency.
• Create and maintain SOPs and process documentation.
• Lead continuous improvement with Lean and Six Sigma.
