The successful candidate will design and implement manufacturing procedures, analyze production efficiency, and work closely with design engineers and quality assurance teams.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering fields and over 5 years of experience in manufacturing environments. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $90,000 to $145,000 annually, along with equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
• Develop and maintain process documentation including SOPs and process flow diagrams.
• Collaborate with product design and development teams.
