• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex manufacturing processes to improve throughput and quality.
• Lead cross-functional lean and Six Sigma projects to achieve measurable gains.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production to integrate new tech.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians in process design and troubleshooting.
