Job summary

Collaborate with production, quality, supply chain, maintenance, and engineering teams to develop innovative solutions using lean, automation, and project management skills to optimize processes and support plant growth.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of decision-making processes and tools; ability to analyze and decide based on informed judgment.
• Knowledge of current manufacturing methods, technologies, and processes; ability to manage and monitor production.
• Ability to recognize, anticipate, and resolve operational problems using appropriate methods.
• Knowledge of effective project management strategies; ability to plan, organize, and control projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and implement enhancements to complex manufacturing equipment and production processes, including tooling and fixtures.
• Optimize production workflows to improve productivity, quality, throughput, and cost performance.
• Research and implement emerging manufacturing technologies and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance to manufacturing teams and support functions.
