Manufacturing Engineer Intern, you will gain hands‑on experience supporting aerospace production and working alongside experienced Manufacturing Engineers. You will contribute to optimizing plant layouts, developing custom tooling, and implementing Lean manufacturing principles to improve production efficiency and product flow. This role provides significant exposure to the shop floor, where you will observe manufacturing processes, identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement, and support operator training on the systems and processes you help develop.
