Job summary

• 3+ years in a manufacturing engineering role in mechanical/industrial/electromechanical fields.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing environments with preference for injection molding.
• Proven ability to drive organizational change with strategic thinking and planning.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, able to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical troubleshooting and support for manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime.
• Develop, audit, and improve BOMs, routings, work instructions, and SOPs through time studies and pilots.
• Identify and implement improvements to production processes to drive efficiency and standardization.
• Collaborate with suppliers on quality-related activities and vendor evaluation.
