Spectrum Plastics seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to support daily production, drive safety, quality, on-time delivery and cost goals. You will work across Quality, Tooling, Maintenance and process teams to implement improvements in injection molding operations.

You will lead root-cause investigations, develop process improvements, write and train on work instructions, update BOMs and ECOs, and ensure proper documentation. A BS in Engineering and 5–10 years of experience are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.S.).
• 5–10 years of manufacturing engineering experience in plastics injection molding.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; able to drive cost improvements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across departments.

Mansioni

• Provide daily technical support to production to meet safety, quality, on-time delivery and cost goals.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing to improve metrics.
• Troubleshoot processes and equipment and perform root cause analyses.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and update manufacturing documents, ECOs, BOMs, and protocols.
• Interface with suppliers for components and new equipment.
• Write and revise validation protocols and reports.
• Participate in MRB and process control reviews.
