Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $900,000.00/yr

As the Manufacturing Engineer, you will improve processes and come up with new methods to reduce cost, increase product quality, and reduce downtime. You will be a key player in assisting the overall manufacturing team with improving overall operating procedures.

Description

Reporting directly into the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Developing manufacturing processes
• Implementing cost saving initiatives
• Improving production processes
• Coordinating manufacturing launches
• Troubleshooting equipment
• Identifying root cause analysis

Profile

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field, mechanical engineering preferred
• 1-5+ years of experience working in an industrial setting
• Lean and continuous improvement experience
• Experience working in a high volume environment
• CAD software experience
