Armtec Defense Technologies in East Camden, Arkansas seeks a Manufacturing Engineer III – Research & Development to bridge R&D and production. You will develop processes, qualify new products, and drive tooling, documentation, and cost improvements.

Ideal candidates have GD&T, 3D CAD proficiency (Creo preferred), and experience transitioning products to full-rate production while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Requires GD&T experience per ASME Y14.5.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD; Creo preferred.
• Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and PFMEA experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes for R&D and production.
• Lead transition of new products to full-rate production.
• Apply manufacturability and assembly principles during development.
• Review drawings for manufacturability and readiness.
• Create tooling, fixtures, and equipment; support cost and safety.
