The Manufacturing Engineer III is a highly experienced role that is responsible for designing, implementing, and reviewing manufacturing processes, procedures, and equipment in one or more facilities. Oversees and optimizes more complex manufacturing and assembly of new and existing Parker products to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence. Develops advanced manufacturing techniques, tests new systems and methods for efficiency, and plans assembly layouts to optimize production, quality, cost, and safety. May be responsible for developing and deploying large capital projects.
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct or indirect reports, but does have guidance or mentoring responsibilities for indirect reports.
