Nova Biomedical Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to provide technical support for Point of Care meter manufacturing operations under the direction of the Senior Manager, Director, and Technical Leads.

The role will contribute to the development, design, and validation of existing and new equipment or processes, and will update or write all related documentation including drawings, BOMs, and SOPs.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Preferable medical industry experience.
• Able to lift 20 lbs and sit/stand for extended periods.

Aufgaben

• Update or create all forms of manufacturing documentation (APT/PO/IO/PB/BOM/DWG/Artwork).
• Write or execute IQ, OQ, PQ validations and DOE.
• Provide day-to-day technical floor support and investigate manufacturing issues.
• Assist with transfer of new products to manufacturing; collaborate with R&D to develop processes and equipment.
• Train assemblers and operators on new processes and assemblies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement programs to reduce cost and cycle times.
