Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and maintains methods, operation sequences and processes in fabrication of parts and assemblies.
• Leads manufacturing engineering projects as required.
• Coordinate release of product improvements and new products with design/engineering.
• Estimate manufacturing costs and determine time standards; recommend tooling and processes.
• Develop and use test procedures; assist in test specifications with design/software engineering.
• Identify root causes and drive corrective actions to ensure operational success.
• Mentor and train lower level engineers; coordinate outsourcing when needed.
