You will analyze and resolve manufacturing issues, support operations, and help improve flow and productivity across multiple assembly steps.

The role emphasizes problem solving, cross-functional collaboration, and contributions to test equipment, procedures, and readiness for production.

Qualifications

• University degree in a related field or an advanced degree, or 6 years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years as a manufacturing engineer in electronics with product testing focus.
• Statistics knowledge and experience with Six Sigma methods.

Responsibilities

• Participate in cross-functional efforts to improve test yields, throughput, capacity, and product quality.
• Analyze test failures and perform root cause analysis; implement corrective actions.
• Study test equipment performance and reduce downtime; drive capacity planning.
• Develop and improve test fixtures and procedures; support production readiness reviews.
• Provide technical mentorship and training to floor test technicians.
• Ensure accurate change management and safety, quality, and productivity improvements.
