Job summary

• Conduct failure analysis to determine root causes.
• Oversee testing and qualification of mechanical assemblies.
• Lead implementation activities for new projects into manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing processes to prevent issues.
• Evaluate process changes for impact on quality and cost.
• Compile data to identify trends for process improvements.
