Form Energy is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support the development, commissioning, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and production equipment for our next‑generation energy storage technology. This role will work closely with senior manufacturing engineers, process engineers, operations, and technicians to develop robust manufacturing systems, improve production performance, and help scale manufacturing from prototype through high‑volume production. This is an excellent opportunity for an early‑career engineer who enjoys solving technical problems on the manufacturing floor, working hands‑on with equipment, and using data to improve manufacturing performance. This role is based at Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV—an easy commute from the city of Pittsburgh, PA. This 550,000‑square‑foot facility is our hub for high‑volume battery production and a leader in the new era of American energy manufacturing. Relocation assistance is available.
