Job Summary

The Manufacturing Engineer II develops and optimizes manufacturing processes to meet output, quality, and cost goals. Responsibilities include analyzing production data, establishing procedures, supporting new product launches, troubleshooting, and process verification to ensure process feasibility and implement strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Communicate daily with stakeholders to guide process improvements, reduce cycle and setup times without sacrificing quality, and train staff in equipment and tooling usage.
  2. Troubleshoot safety and quality issues, review tools and methods, and collaborate with production supervisors for scheduling and troubleshooting.
  3. Explore and implement future processes, including Industry 4.0 initiatives, create business cases for CAPEX, and document machine parameters and work instructions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (required)
  • Master's Degree in Engineering (preferred)
  • 4+ years of progressive engineering experience (required)
  • 3+ years Machining/Toolroom experience (preferred)
  • Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred)

Compensation & Benefits

The pay range for this role is $79,500 to $123,500 per year. The total target cash compensation, including bonus, ranges from $87,450 to $135,740. Benefits include health, retirement, additional perks, and role-specific provisions like safety gear.
