Abbott is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer I for a 5-month, 100% onsite assignment in Plano, TX. You will implement and validate new equipment and processes within the IQ/OQ/PQ framework and work with Quality, Production, and R&D to ensure compliant manufacturing operations.

The role involves troubleshooting production issues, monitoring yield and scrap data, and driving process improvements in a regulated environment. 0–3 years of relevant experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing.
• IQ/OQ/PQ validation knowledge and FDA/ISO awareness.
• Experience with data analysis and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Implement and validate new equipment and processes (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and equipment-related issues.
• Monitor and analyze yield, scrap, and defect data.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
