Job summary

BLUvera, Mortenson’s manufacturing affiliate, seeks a Manufacturing Engineer I or II to develop, improve, and scale processes, equipment, and technologies behind a growing operation. This is a hands-on role partnering with engineering, operations, safety and quality teams.

The position is traveling, with roughly 3 weeks on and 1 week off, at project sites. Base pay ranges from $76,200 to $114,300 and is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 3+ years of assembly/manufacturing experience in process engineering/maintenance.
• Experience with equipment maintenance and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Leads engineering process improvement of plant operations with safety, quality, and environmental teams.
• Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing processes; documents changes.
• Implements process control techniques and procedures.
