BLUvera, a Mortenson affiliate, seeks a Manufacturing Engineer I or II to lead process improvements, develop and implement manufacturing processes, and provide hands-on maintenance support in our plant operations. You will collaborate with safety, quality, and environmental teams to meet safety, quality, customer service, and cost goals.
The role requires a blend of hands-on and design experience in equipment maintenance, process and product design, with lean methodologies to drive efficiency.
BLUvera is currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer I or II to join the construction products manufacturing and fabrication process engineering department. This role is responsible for leading process improvements in plant operations, developing and implementing manufacturing processes, and providing hands‑on maintenance and engineering support.
Reporting directly to the Sr. Manufacturing Engineer or Engineering Manager, the Manufacturing Engineer will ensure plant objectives in safety, quality, customer service, and cost are met through efficient and effective operations. The ideal candidate will have a combination of previous hands‑on and design experience in equipment maintenance, process, and product design.
(for Non-Craft & Non-Union Craft working 25+ hours / week)
(Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson's incentive plan.
