Job summary

Kearfott Corporation, a global aerospace and defense supplier, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer I to support design, development, manufacturing and testing of precision motion control products and inertial navigation components in the United States.

Responsibilities include creating product work instructions, serving as the technical lead for production hardware, diagnosing non-conforming hardware, implementing root-cause and corrective actions, and aiding prototype launches with lean

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics engineering.
• 2 years aerospace manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with CAD and 3D/2D drawings.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Create product work instructions and lead production hardware.
• Troubleshoot non-conforming hardware and drive RCA.
• Support prototypes and new product launch manufacturing processes.
• Prepare reports and charts for management.
