Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Science Team at Russell Tobin & Associates supporting the Engineering team that has an opening for Manufacturing Engineer I in Eden Prairie, MN!

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations through process improvement and engineering support. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a technical background and a passion for driving operational efficiency in a manufacturing environment.

Additional Details:
Contract Length: 12 months with the possibility of extension
Pay range: $23 to $26/hour on W2

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work under moderate supervision to identify and troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
  • Support the development and improvement of manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment.
  • Analyze production data and workflow to recommend time-saving or quality-enhancing improvements.
  • Assist in implementing process changes and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Evaluate equipment, procedures, and assembly methods to identify opportunities for optimization.

  • Skills & Experience Required:
  • Solid knowledge of eCTD submission standards (FDA, EMA, ICH).
  • Hands-on experience with regulatory publishing tools and document management systems.
  • Experience with formatting tools like Adobe Acrobat, DXC Toolbox, and Microsoft Word templates.
  • Familiar with computer system validation and change control.
  • Able to work well across departments (Regulatory Affairs, Medical Writing, IT, QA).
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment (internships included).


Must be authorized to work in the United States.
