We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer Hourly Technician – Advanced Manufacturing. This position will be based in Fort Worth, TX.

Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM - 1st

Hourly Rate: $25.00 - $32.00

As a Manufacturing Engineer Hourly Technician – Advanced Manufacturing, you’ll work alongside of Manufacturing and Industrial Engineers completing non-direct labor work such as testing fixtures, building workstations, completing pilot builds, and contributing to the development of standard work.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a manufacturing facility.
  • Basic digital literacy (Microsoft Office), and use of basic mechanical and electrical tools.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English Language.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment within the United States without the need for current or future employer - sponsored work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Two-year technical degree or equivalent.
  • 1+ years supporting manufacturing in a tech role.
  • Experience applying Advanced Manufacturing Six Sigma concepts in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge and experience with AutoCAD or similar software applications.
  • Understanding of electrical and mechanical assembly processes.
  • Familiarity with SAP.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Supporting projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory while collaborating with multi-functional teams to achieve plant goals.
  • Developing standards and work instructions while actively participating in and supporting advanced manufacturing activities and training throughout the facility.
  • Conducting problem investigations, cause analysis, implementation, and follow-up.
  • Developing and maintaining systems associated with production processes.
  • Contributing to the development of manufacturing tools, fixtures, and standards, and the deployment of these systems at large.

  • The pay for this position is $25.00 - $32.00. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
