Qualifications

• 5+ years of Elasticsearch experience.
• Able to meet a mid-level performance bar.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Next.js in a fast-paced, temporary setting.
• Reliable and accountable with on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Turn on-call noise into meaningful alerts.
• Build Python features to win back accounts.
• Right-size Python infra to reduce cloud costs in Sioux Falls, SD.
• Negotiate Next.js tradeoffs with product when timelines collide.
• Bridge Webpack and Work Ethic to enable platform integration.
• Lead technical design reviews for mid-level initiatives.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose architectural improvements proactively.
