Job summary

Tokai Carbon Co., Ltd is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer at our Ozark, AR facility to design, test production machinery and implement cost-effective solutions for safe and efficient manufacturing.

You will collaborate with production teams, review equipment, develop processes, install machinery, train operators, and help reduce production costs while maintaining quality. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least three years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field required.
• Three years of experience as a manufacturing engineer required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design cost-effective manufacturing layouts and ergonomics for tools and machines.
• Review equipment, tooling, and makes recommendations for repairs or replacement.
• Develop new processes, methods, and production controls.
• Install and validate new equipment; train others to operate new machinery.
• Prepare operations manuals for equipment; monitor production and costs.
