Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer - Deployment Specialist to lead the deployment and daily use of the MARS application, including coaching engineers and ensuring SAP Manufacturing Engineering processes align with company standards. You will train end users, create documentation, and monitor progress across cross-functional teams.

A Bachelor's degree in industrial, manufacturing, or aerospace engineering is required, with strong SAP Manufacturing Engineering, TICON routing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP Manufacturing Engineering, including TICON routing creation and maintenance.
• Experience with the MARS application or ability to quickly become a subject matter expert.
• Experience training, coaching, or mentoring Manufacturing Engineering teams.
• Ability to identify functional issues, troubleshoot from an end-user perspective, and communicate findings effectively.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and mentor Manufacturing Engineers on deployment and daily use of the MARS application.
• Support successful adoption of MARS with functional guidance and end-user assistance.
• Coach on SAP Manufacturing Engineering processes, ensuring TICON routings meet standards.
• Validate Manufacturing Engineering data and processes from a user perspective.
• Identify, document, and report defects or enhancements to development/support teams.
• Develop and deliver user training, documentation, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Collaborate with Airbus stakeholders to promote best practices and successful deployments.

As Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for;

• Train, coach, and mentor Manufacturing Engineers on the deployment and daily use of theMARS application.
• Support the successful adoption of MARS by providing functional guidance and end-user assistance.
• Coach Manufacturing Engineers on SAP Manufacturing Engineering processes, ensuringTICON routings are created correctly in accordance with company standards and tool requirements.
• Validate Manufacturing Engineering data and processes within MARS and SAP from a functional user perspective.

Qualifications;

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP Manufacturing Engineering, including TICON routing creation and maintenance.
• Experience with theMARS application(or the ability to quickly become a subject matter expert) is strongly preferred.
• Experience training, coaching, or mentoring Manufacturing Engineering teams.
• Ability to identify functional issues, troubleshoot from an end-user perspective, and communicate findings effectively to development or support teams.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
