Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Co-op to gain hands-on experience in medical-device manufacturing. The role covers CNC milling/turning, CAD modeling, tooling design, and creating process documentation on the shop floor.

You will engage in quality and compliance activities, CAPA investigations, and lifecycle validation efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and support product launches.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 preferred.
• Actively enrolled pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Reliable transportation to and from work daily.
• Able to work full time (40 hours per week) during co-op.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge of manufacturing policies, practices and processes for Medical Devices.
• Experience with CNC milling/turning and tooling design.
• Participate in Quality/Compliance activities incl. CAPA and non-conformance.
• Assist failure mode analysis, scrap analysis, and data trending.
• Support equipment and process validation lifecycle elements.
