Trace-A-Matic in Brookfield, WI seeks a Manufacturing Engineer with 7+ years of experience to drive new product development, process improvement, and production support. You will plan sequences for machining, create tooling, and program CNC machines to meet quality and cost targets.

Join a climate-controlled shop with gainsharing and growth opportunities. Role is 6am-3:30pm, M-F, in a fast-paced precision manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent required.
• 7+ years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks and GD&T essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan sequences of operations for machining and assembly.
• Develop tooling and shop routings within budget.
• Program CNC machines to produce parts efficiently.
• Support MRB and corrective actions as needed.
• Create or modify drawings using CAD software.
