Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and interpret engineering drawings.
• Four years technical degree or two to four years related experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Made2Manage, and Excel.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize work assignments based on production schedules and material availability.
• Review and process sales and job orders and verify technical specs.
• Prepare approval and manufacturing drawings as required.
• Enter and track BOM changes and process shop floor job orders.
• Provide technical guidance to production personnel.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and shop floor teams to resolve issues.
• Support ISO quality initiatives and documentation.
