Job summary

Solventum, a healthcare company, is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer onsite in Columbia, CO. You will support the manufacture of market-leading biopharma processing filters and lead projects to improve cost, quality, safety, and environmental impact.

You will perform validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) for new products, guide root-cause analyses, and drive continuous improvement with Lean Six Sigma while collaborating with production and maintenance teams. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering completed before start date.
• 2+ years in manufacturing/engineering environment.
• Experience with process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for manufacturing of biopharma processing filters.
• Lead projects to improve cost, service, quality, safety and environment.
• Perform and guide validation activities for new products.
• Lead root-cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor manufacturing with Lean Six Sigma and data tools.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance to troubleshoot equipment.
• Lead projects for new production lines and products.
