P3 USA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and implement efficient manufacturing and assembly solutions for the automotive sector. You will turn product and project requirements into robust production concepts, collaborating with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

In this role you will plan lines, specify equipment, commission systems, and drive continuous improvement. You will also support RFQs, define technical specs, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant manufacturing experience, ideally in automotive.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes, production equipment, line layouts, and industrialization.
• Experience with PFMEA, value stream analysis, and standardized work.
• Strong CAD experience and ability to read technical drawings.

Responsabilités

• Develop assembly and manufacturing concepts, including work plans, investment plans, layouts, and timelines.
• Support acquisition and quotation projects with input for concepts and investments.
• Define technical requirements and prepare RFQs for production equipment and coordinate with suppliers.
• Coordinate integration, installation, commissioning, and launch of new equipment.
• Prepare and improve PFMEAs, value stream analyses, and standardized work instructions.
• Analyze production processes, space, material flows, and layouts to improve efficiency.
• Define procurement specs for equipment and components considering product specs and quality requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and ergonomics on the shop floor.
• Serve as a technical interface to customers and contribute to new production solutions.
• Collaborate with production, quality, logistics, project management, suppliers and other disciplines to solve challenges.
