Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Manufacturing or related field.
• Experience in machining, assembly or composite fabrication in a team setting.
• Ability to read drawings, BOMs, schematics and write procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide shop floor support and maintain manufacturing plans and tooling.
• Collaborate with technicians, QA, test engineering, production control and scheduling.
• Guide design teams on manufacturability and specification requirements.
• Translate drawings and BOMs into clear work instructions for production.
• Draft production planning documents and optimize production flow.
• Identify and implement continuous process improvements on the floor.
