Job summary

Johnson Service Group seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures for assemblies and equipment installation. The role drives adoption of automation, robotics, and CAM software to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.

The engineer will analyze 3D model data, optimize processes, and leverage SPC and data analytics to sustain operational excellence. Collaboration across IE, planning, QA, and production is essential.

Qualifications

• Catia V5 Structural Assembly Aviation experience.
• Minimum 4 years experience as Manufacturing Engineer.
• 3 years recent Teamcenter experience.
• Experience with composites, metallics, machining or bonded assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures for assemblies and equipment installation.
• Drive adoption of automation, robotics and CAM software to improve efficiency and quality.
• Leverage factory data to drive continuous improvement and optimize processes.
