Top Dog Recruiting seeks a Manufacturing Engineer with deep expertise in aseptic bottling and high-speed packaging. You will lead reliability and efficiency projects, perform root-cause analysis, and train junior engineers across cross-functional teams to raise throughput and reduce downtime.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in production manufacturing, strong lean/Six Sigma experience, and hands-on leadership in a food-grade environment.

Competenze

• 7–10 years of engineering experience in a production manufacturing facility with emphasis on OEE and process improvements.
• Experience in design of processes and equipment and project management.
• Hands-on leadership and project management experience.
• Experience in a food-grade environment (FDA, GMP, HACCP) with high-speed packaging equipment preferred.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of automation/controls (PLC, DCS, etc.).
• Experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma tools.
• Familiar with AutoCAD/Inventor/SolidWorks.
