Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
8+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience in aerospace or regulated industry.
Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and product qualification.
Hands-on experience creating Shop Orders, Manufacturing Routers, and Work Orders.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as IFS, SAP, PRISM, or similar.
Strong knowledge of electromechanical assembly and testing.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to support New Product Introduction (NPI), manufacturing, assembly, testing, and qualification of complex electromechanical aerospace systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on manufacturing engineering experience in a regulated industry, with expertise in manufacturing routers/shop orders, electromechanical assembly, electronics, motor controls, troubleshooting, and qualification activities.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

Aerospace and Defense manufacturing experience.
Experience with MRB, rework, repair, and qualification testing.
Experience with DO-254, DO-160, ARP4754A, MIL-STD-810, or similar aerospace/defense standards.
Knowledge of EMI/EMC testing and environmental testing.
Experience with military aerospace systems, hoists, winches, or motor-driven systems.
Experience with electrical test equipment and controls testing.
Experience developing manufacturing documentation and job aids.
