Job summary

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support engineering, estimating, design, and production activities for fabricated products and projects. The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years of experience, strong 3D SolidWorks skills, and familiarity with BOMs, shop drawings, and cost estimation.

The role collaborates with Sales, Production, and Procurement to develop cost-effective designs, produce detailed drawings, and ensure manufacturability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Review RFQ packages and understand project scope and requirements.
• Estimate material and labor costs for fabricated components.
• Prepare cost estimates, proposals, and supporting documents.
• Create and maintain BOMs and job routings.
• Develop cost-efficient designs and shop drawings for fabrication.
• Use SolidWorks to develop 3D models and drawings.
• Apply DFM principles to improve production efficiency and cost.
• Communicate requirements to Sales, customers, and production teams.
• Lead RFQ reviews with Sales, Production, and Procurement.
• Verify BOMs and production material readiness.
• Track schedules and material availability across projects.
• Manage multiple estimates and projects concurrently.
• Analyze cost data to support forecasts and decisions.
