Qualifications

• Possession of a 4-year technical degree or equivalent education in a related field.
• Strong analysis skills with knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques.
• Excellent facilitation and negotiation skills, along with project management and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in computer skills, especially advanced Excel and Access.
• Experience evaluating manufacturing processes and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the introduction of new products into the manufacturing facility.
• Evaluate and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity.
• Identify and reduce ergonomic and safety risks.
• Provide timely technical support across manufacturing areas.
• Lead strategic projects related to process, product, or corporate change.
