This is a full-time, on-site Manufacturing Engineer role located in Dodge County, WI. The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and documenting manufacturing processes for tool, die, and mold components to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing production workflows, specifying equipment and tooling, supporting machining operations, and coordinating with maintenance and production teams to resolve manufacturing issues. The role will also involve implementing continuous improvement initiatives, supporting ISO and regulatory compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on new product introduction and cost reduction projects. The Manufacturing Engineer will provide technical support to operations, participate in root cause analysis, and help maintain standardized work and best practices across the facility.
